Long View Ranch Visit Website

190 Bledsoe Hollow Lane, Mosheim, TN  37818   423-636-0032

Long View Ranch is located along the winding Nolichucky River, with beautiful views of the Great Smoky Mountains. The original property was a part of the Cherokee Territory. As early as the 1770s, frontiersmen established the "Nolichucky settlements" along the river in modern Greene County, Tennessee. The migration would not end there.

In 1999, George and Kay Widmaier came up from south Florida and fell in love with this wild country. With a belief that God could use their time and talent for His glory, Long View Ranch was born.

Over the years, the Ranch has been a place of rest and serenity, as well as fun and adventure. Upon the Widmaier's retirement in 2019, Long View Ranch was entrusted to their Board of Directors and is a non-profit 501(c)3 Christian ministry. With a renewed appreciation for the Ranch's history and a reignited passion, Long View Ranch continues to be a special place.

Guests come from all over to experience the breathe-taking view, warm staff, and the many activities the Ranch provides. We believe, we offer an experience that will last forever by creating a space that allows our guests — young or old — to take a deep breathe, reconnect and reset. It’s our honor to continue the legacy and steward the mission of Long View Ranch to the glory of God.
